As a native of Lindos in Rhodes, a unique village due to its geographical position and history, the Pissaka family uses a famously unique style that has inherited from the women of the village, from generation to generation.
OUR NAME REFERS TO THE TRADITIONAL TREATS OF RHODES. THE WORD “FILEMA”, WHICH MEANS “TREAT” IS FOUND ONLY IN GREEK, AND IS A SYNONYM OF HOSPITALITY THAT DESCRIBES OUR LAND.
